Another man fatally shot during TikTok live
The St Andrew North police are investigating the murder of a 25-year-old who was shot during a TikTok live stream in Red Hills in St Andrew on Monday.
Dead is Jabari Johnson, also called 'BabaSkenng'.
Reports are that about 6:30 p.m., Campbell was engaged in a TikTok match on a live stream in the vicinity of a shop in his community when he was approached by a gunman on foot.
The gunman opened fire hitting the deceased multiple times in the head and upper body before escaping on foot.
A screen-record of the incident has since gone viral.
Campbell is the third Jamaican to be killed while live streaming outside.
In September 2024, Keauno Watson was killed in Allman Town, Kingston during a live stream on TikTok.
Also, in December 2024, Xavier 'Niah Gang' Fogah was also murdered during a live stream.
Another tikToker, Marlon Samuels otherwise called "41Busshead" was murdered, after he ended a live stream and hours before his birthday in December last year.
Since the start of the year, The St Andrew North police division recorded 12 murders, compared 14 for the similar period in 2024.
