Defending champs advance in ISSA netball

Rural Inter-secondary Schools Sports Association (ISSA) junior champions Denbigh High and senior title holders Holmwood Technical stayed on course to defend their titles after semi-final wins at Clarendon Park

yesterday.

In the junior semi-finals Denbigh had a convincing 40-29 win over Holmwood Technical, while Knox College had a close 30-27 victory over Manchester High.

In senior action, Holmwood got past Manchester High 44-42, and Titchfield High booked their first final appearance after getting by last year's beaten finalists Denbigh 40-36.

The finals will be played next Wednesday.
