LONDON (CMC):

Jamaican forward Jordon Garrick has joined English League One outfit Lincoln City from second-tier Swansea City on loan for the rest of the season.

The 24-year-old winger scored seven goals in 50 appearances during a loan spell with League One side Plymouth last term.

Garrick, who moved to the United Kingdom from Jamaica as a child, made his first-team debut for Swansea in August 2019 and has gone on to play 14 times in the Championship.

He becomes the seventh signing for Lincoln, nicknamed the Shrimps, in the summer transfer window.

Lincoln have made an unbeaten start to the new season under boss Mark Kennedy, drawing both their league games before beating Doncaster Rovers in the first round of the League Cup and earning a trip to League Two Barrow in the second round.

Hamza Choudhury, who is eligible to play for Grenada through his biological father, has joined Championship outfit Watford from Premier League club Leicester City on a season-long loan.

The deal for the 24-year-old midfielder includes an option to buy at the end of the current campaign. He is Watford's fifth signing of the summer transfer window.

Choudhury has made 84 appearances for Leicester since his League Cup debut against Liverpool in 2017. His only league goal for the club came in a 3-0 win at Newcastle United in January 2020.
