I need to clear my JPS bill

Dear STAR,

I would like to be bill free!

I am an unemployed single mother in my 40s, who would very much appreciate some assistance with my JPS bill. The bill, which is not in my name, has reached over $60,000. I would really like some assistance to clear it so that I don't defame the person whose name the bill is registered in.

It makes me depressed every single day that I'm in this predicament, and the worst feeling is I'm ruining someone's good name.
