Fantasia arrives in Jamaica

Grammy Award winner Fantasia has arrived on the island and she is basking in every moment.

The powerhouse songstress is not missing out on the opportunity to keep her Instagram followers up to date on her trip to Jamaica.

"My View this Morning is Amazing God is so Real.. Jamaica you are Beautiful #StrawberryHill where the Late Great Bob Marley would come up and stay," she wrote.

The post was accompanied by a picture showing the luxurious view from her room.

For many Jamaicans, taking a shower outdoors is the norm, but for Fantasia, it is a whole new experience.

"First time taking a shower out in the open but Man did it feel Great.. Jamaica," she posted. 

Fantasia is slated to headline a concert at Emancipation Park on Friday night.

The concert, Blues on the Green is the 24th staging of the United States (U.S.) Embassy’s marquee cultural event.
