Man stabbed to death in Portmore

A man was stabbed to death on Newton Avenue in Portmore, St. Catherine on Thursday.

According to the police, the man, residents stumbled upon the body of the unidentified man about 9:00 p.m. and alerted them. Investigators said that the body had multiple stab wounds.

The deceased is believed to be about 25-years-old, slim build, is about 178 centimetres (5 feet 10 inches) long. The body had '27 and 6' tattooed on the left arm.

Lawmen assigned to the Portmore police have commenced a probe into matter.
