Seven more recoveries, no new COVID cases

Health Minister Dr. Christopher Tufton says over the past 24 hours there have been no new COVID-19 cases in Jamaica.

This means the total number of confirmed cases remain at 591 with two of them critical.

In the meantime, there have been seven more recoveries increasing the tally of recoveries to 368.

The island’s testing numbers are up to 13,813.

199 samples were tested in the last 24 hours, two of them repeat samples.

Of the 13,813 total tests done, 591 have returned positive results while 13,190 have returned negative results and 32 results are pending.
