Unidentified man killed along PJ Patterson Highway

The St Catherine South Traffic Department has launched a probe to determine the identity of a man who died after being hit by a car along the PJ Patterson Highway last night.

It is reported that about 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday, the man was hit by a Toyota Probox motorcar after he allegedly jumped in the vehicle's path.

The impact caused extensive damage to the vehicle.

The body was removed to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
