Under the theme 'Life, Love and Harmony', the Urban Development Corporation staged its annual New Year's Eve Fireworks on the Waterfront on Sunday, attracting a mega crowd of revellers, sellers and children to downtown Kingston for the family-friendly event.

The celebration to ring in 2024 kicked off from noon with a Kiddies Village and later in the evening, the focus shifted to the main stage which saw performances from Ras-I, Kumar, Sevana, D'Yani, Nadine Sutherland, Rondell Positive and Third World, as well as Yard Empire, Courtney Cooke and Kuzik. And, while the artiste line-up changes each year, the one thing that remains constant is the highly anticipated, dazzling fireworks display which blazes the sky on the stroke of midnight, and continues for several minutes to oohs and aahs from mesmerised spectators.

Here are the highlights.
