14-y-o shot, killed allegedly by security forces

A 14-year-old boy was shot and killed, allegedly by members of the security forces, at his home along 100 Lane, off Red Hills Road in St Andrew on Wednesday afternoon. 

He has been identified as Rasheem Wilson, a student of the Premboke Hall High School. 

The incident occurred approximately 1:30 p.m.

The STAR understands Wilson was at home playing video games on his phone when the incident occurred. 

Residents from the community have since erupted in anger, leading to high tensions in the area.
