St Elizabeth chef found with gun

Krishna Barrett, a chef from Holland Village in St Elizabeth, has been arrested and charged after he was allegedly held with illegal firearm magazines on Thursday. 

It is reported that about 4:30 p.m., officers from the Black River Police conducted operations at the premises 

While there, Barrett was accosted and searched; three magazines were found in a knapsack bag that he was carrying. He was arrested and later charged with possession of part of a prohibited weapon.

His court date is being finalised
