St Ann man caught breaking into shop with hammer

A St Ann man was taken into police custody after he was caught breaking into a shop in Carib Arcade in Ocho Rios, in the parish on Sunday. 

He has been identified as 54-year-old Oneil Graham from Buckfield in Ocho Rios. 

According to the Ocho Rios Police, about 5:55 a.m., members of a security company pounced upon Graham, who was seen with two hammers and other breaking implements.

Further checks were made, and a window was observed to be broken.

Graham was arrested and handed over to the police, where he was charged with shop breaking and larceny following an investigation. A court date is being finalised for him.
