$150,000 reward for missing dog
The family of Bella, a Pomeranian, is desperately searching for their furry friend and is willing to pay a $150,000 reward for her safe return.
"Right now I'm so sad, nothing nuh feel right or the same. We just really want her back," her owner said. Initially, the reward for Bella's safe return was $50,000, but because she has been missing since last Wednesday, the family has increased it.
Bella went missing about 4 p.m. in Upton, Ocho Rios, St Ann by a golf course. She managed to slip through the gate while her owner wasn't looking. She is a small dog with light brown fur covering her face and white fur covering her body.
"I just want somebody to call me and tell me that they found her, I'll pay the [reward] for her," said the owner, adding that, since Bella went missing, the family has received numerous calls from persons scoffing at their search. But, to her owner, Bella is more than a dog, she's family.
"People are calling asking why are we wasting so much money on a dog, and why we don't just give them the money, like it's a joke, and it just unfair," the owner said. "We really love her and we just want her back." The owner also expressed concern for his dog's health.
"She's supposed to get her shots, she needs to see the doctor, clean her teeth and so on. Whoever has her can't manage all a that, they won't be able to take care of her," he said. "She's a family dog and she is really well trained, like anything you tell her to go for, she goes for and she is well behaved."
Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Bella is asked to call (876) 331-9364.
