The deceased have been identified as Everol Rowe, a shop owner and broom maker, Kemar Smith, otherwise called 'Beenie Bud,' and Andre McDonald, all from Westmoreland.
It is reported that about 12:50 a.m., the three now-deceased men were among patrons at a bar in Frome, when a white Toyota Axio motorcar drove up.
It is further reported that two men armed with handguns alighted from the car and opened fire on the group, resulting in the patrons fleeing in different directions.
