It has been days since Sylvani Prince had a good night's rest or a decent meal.

The source of her discomfort comes from not knowing the whereabouts of her 26-year-old daughter Annakay Bravo, who is deaf and mute.

"Please, bring her home and don't hurt her. She's deaf and dumb. Please, please, please! Please return her, you can all drop her off somewhere and tell us where she is, please," Prince pleaded, in between heavy sighs.

Prince, an entrepreneur, stressed that coping with her daughter's disappearance is hard, even as random people call her daily, saying they have spotted Bravo.

"Last night (Wednesday), a woman called me and said that she saw Annakay and said she would call me back. Little bit after that call, a private number called me, and this time it was a man talking. He asked if I am Annakay Bravo's mother and I said 'Yes', and then him say, 'Unnu bring dah gal deh come gi me'; and then I just heard sounds like someone getting raped," the distressed woman related.

Bravo was last seen on May 15, while at her Woodhall, Clarendon home with her younger sister. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a red blouse, short shorts and an aqua green slippers.

"I hear that a car came for her, and that's the puzzle for us. We don't know the person driving, or the car," she told THE WEEKEND STAR. The pain is equally intense for Prince's sister, Kenesha Fearon, who broke down in tears speaking about her niece.

"She is so humble, and this one is close to me; we share a close bond. We talk on video call all the time and even though she nuh talk a lot, I'd try to understand the sign language or have her mother tell me what she's saying," Fearon said, her voice cracking. Bravo is described by her mother as jovial, energetic and loving, and someone who loves socialising and video calling friends and family.

"We miss her a lot; and it's not like we live bad or anything. We get along well as a family. Just bring her home," Prince begged. Bravo is medium built and 5' 3" tall.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Annakay Bravo is being asked to contact the Chapelton police at 876-987-2244, or the May Pen police at 876-832-2077.
