Ride Foster’s rave, open with Sonogram

TEVIN FOSTER appears to have a strong response in-waiting on Sunday after challenger Raddesh Roman's five-timer last Saturday.

Reggae 6 players should ride Foster's wave by opening the programme with SONOGRAM as a banker and close mark the leading rider for the next five races.

SONOGRAM hasn't raced since April when losing as the 3-5 favourite in a driving finish to PRINCE AMAAN. Working like an aeroplane for his debut, SONOGRAM came up short by a short head at five furlongs straight and hasn't been back to the races until now.

Gingerly prepared by Robert Pearson, SONOGRAM obviously has his issues but has only four furlongs straight to run with no turns to navigate. Administered Lasix on his return and drawn favourably at stall 10 with the track bias to his advantage, it should be a matter of how far he wins after losing in 1:00.3 for five furlongs straight on debut.

The second event should not be messed with despite UNRULY DUDE appearing to be a standout. FLY MESSENGER FLY, GENERATIONAL and BRINKS also pack back class, which could be unsettling for UNRULY DUDE, who could not reel in REGNANT on last.

In the third, do not underestimate PRINCIPAL TIFFANY's victory in the lower grade, a solid 1:09.3 for five and a half furlongs, especially strong over the last half-furlong in a six-length win. Keep her on all bets while carrying SNEAKY JOE, GENERAL CHIEF and BLUE SKY.

Foster looks good aboard SUNSHINE CAT in the fourth going up against the speed of JUST AN ILLUSION at six furlongs. However, KAY BOY and JJ WARRIOR are possible market-springers, who should not be written off.

SPEEDIE HARE is a tempting banker in the fifth at five furlongs straight. However, the lay-up looks tricky, exposing the speedster to more consistent runners such as HUNTSMAN, LEGIT BOSS and K D STRONG.

Close those bets on a confident note by banking MS CHERRY in the sixth. Reporting off a three-month break, MS CHERRY kept classic company for her next three races before finishing a close fourth behind TEFLON DON, MAGNIFICENT FORCE and POPE'S LADY at five furlongs straight in May.
