Children need guidance

Dear Pastor,

My friend was often beaten as a young teen. She said, "When mama beat me, I just go to my boyfriend and get all the love."

They eventually got married and have two lovely children. I think children who get involved in early sex should be counselled and given the necessary parental guidance. I have been an ardent listener to your show. You are doing a fantastic job. May God continue to bless and prosper you.

Thanks for your encouragements. Your friend's mother did not know better. She thought beating her daughter would have prevented her from having sex. It didn't work. I am sure it will never work. It only causes young people who engage in sex to be closer.
