Sick woman needs help with bills

I have a light bill valued at $90,000 and I am unable to pay it even though I have established a payment plan with Jamaica Public Service. My water bill is $13,000. At this moment, I have neither the means nor help to pay these bills.

I am seeking your assistance with these bills as I have complaints that prevent me from obtaining a reasonable job to help with my payment. I have been unemployed for over 10 years and I am a diabetic, hypertensive and struggle thyroid health problems. My daughter is in first year at university, and at times, it's a heartache to help my daughter with even transportation and lunch money.
