St Thomas police name person of interest

Detectives attached to the Criminal Investigative Branch in Morant Bay, St Thomas are seeking Brandon McIntosh known more popularly as ‘Rock Star', in relation to the handing out of pills to students at the Duckenfield Primary School last week.

McIntosh is said to reside in the Ivan Scheme area of Duckenfield.
He was asked to turn himself in by noon today.
The police is asking if anyone knows that whereabouts of McIntosh to call the Morant Bay CIB at 876-982-1027, police emergency at 119 or the nearest police station.

The Ministry of Education has been investigating reports that last week, students were given unprescribed pills and fell ill shortly after.
Nineteen children had symptoms of abdominal pain and drowsiness. They were taken to hospital.
