Two shot dead in Harbour View

The police have launched an investigation into the shooting death of two men in the Texaco community in Harbour View, Kingston 17 on Sunday.

They have been identified as 32-year-old labourer Anthony Blake, otherwise called 'Nick', and 19-year-old Kevaun Fowler, otherwise called 'Timmy', both from the area. 

It is reported that about 12:30 p.m., residents heard explosions and summoned the police. Upon their arrival, Blake's body was seen lying on the ground, with gunshot wounds to the upper body and head.

A search of the area was done, and Fowler was found lying along a section of the roadway with gunshot wounds to his upper body and head.

Both men were transported to hospital, where they were pronounced dead.

Investigations continue.
