Hanover plumber charged with rape

Twenty-two-year-old Jevaughn Jones, a plumber from Hanover, has been arrested and charged after he allegedly sexually assaulted a woman in his community.

According to police reports, the woman was at home, when Jones entered her bedroom and sexually assaulted her sometime after 10:00 a.m. on January 20. 

A report was made to the police and Jones subsequently arrested. On Monday, January 29, Jones was interviewed, following which he was charged with rape. 

A court date is being finalised.
