'I did not kill anyone,' murder accused tells court

Alexander Page, a St Catherine resident accused of murder, maintained his innocence when he appeared before the parish court on Wednesday. 

The 60-year-old was remanded until May 22, where he will be expected to answer allegations of stabbing 45-year-old Isaiah Atkinson to death along Salt Pond Road. 

Page was subsequently arrested and charged with murder.

Speaking on the matter, the accused told the court that,''I am receiving treatment from the system, but I have full understanding and I did not kill anyone." 

He has made numerous court appearances and maintained his innocence.
