Bog Walk tiler charged after gun found in bathroom

A 20-year-old tiler from Stenton district, Bog Walk, St Catherine has been charged over a gun that was found in a suitcase in a bathroom in his home.

Nickane Mighty is charged with possession of a prohibited weapon.

Reports from the Spanish Town police are that about 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday July 16, a police team conducted a targeted raid at his home.

During the search, a pistol was found in a suitcase in a bedroom occupied by Mighty.

He was subsequently arrested and charged.

His court date is being arranged.
