Man charged for tying up ex-girlfriend

Twenty-six-year-old Nevarro Daley has been charged with false imprisonment after allegedly tying up ex-girlfriend and leaving her inside his house.

He is self-employed and is a resident Eltham Park, Spanish Town.

Reports are that on Monday at 11:00 a.m, the 22-year-old complainant decided to end the relationship after a dispute with Daley and proceeded to leave the premises.

Allegedly, in a bid to prevent her from leaving,the accused used a piece of rope to tied her up, locked her inside and left.

The woman managed to free herself about 5:00 p.m. and filed a report with the Spanish Town police.

An investigation led to Daley's arrest and charge on Wednesday.
