TAKE absolutely no chances with Saturday's Reggae 6 opener for a shot at a single-winning ticket for the $3.5 million jackpot following Thursday's mandatory payout.

A $550,000 optional claiming event at five and a half furlongs, it is best advised to press the 'all' button and await the outcome of a potentially tricky event, which could cripple bets should JON P spring to life or MAGICAL MOOD runs a big one on the round course.

Raddesh Roman's three-timer on yesterday's Boxing Day card has Tevin Foster facing a mountain on the final meet of the season, a three-win deficit, which he should reduce to two with HONOUR PRINCE in the second at six furlongs.

HONOUR PRINCE, second to ENTHUSIASM on debut at four furlongs straight, galloped 1:00.3 for five furlongs round on Sunday, making him hard to beat among two-year-old peers at six furlongs.

The third appears a bit tricky with Peter Parsard's imported MAIN MISTRESS clocking 1:25.3 when winning at seven furlongs on September 14, compared with SUPREMASI's 1:26.2 on Mouttet Mile Day, December 7.

MAIN MISTRESS beat non-winners of two races and had her way on the lead whereas SUPREMASI raced against non-winners of four races, tracking speedy MACK AND ROME before taking over a furlong out.

It is best advised to carry both MAIN MISTRESS, who is an improving and acclimatised foreigner, and SUPREMASI, who faced tougher horses, a fact which cannot be ignored.

SEA OF BLUE, though listed as 'did not finish' in the form book for her December 21 race at seven furlongs, should not be left off any bet in the fourth, alongside TOWN STAR and SHELLY THE ROCKET.

LUCY IN THE SKY was outsped at seven and a half furlongs on December 21 and deserves a second chance at a mile in the fifth, as a possible banker, among slower rivals.

Close the Reggae 6 with a quartet to ensure no stumbling at the final hurdle. LADY ABHIMALA, FLYBLUEJET, STRIKE SMART and HUNTSMAN should corner the event.
