Suspected teen suicide in St thomas

A teenage boy is suspected to have committed suicide at his home in Ramble district, Lladeway in St Thomas on Saturday.

The 16-year-old has been identified as Andel Bennett.

Reports from the Lladeway police are that about 6 a.m., the deceased was found hanging by his neck from a piece of rope that was tied to a tree near the yard.

The police also said that he had been seen alive about an hour before his body was discovered.
