Teflon signs distribution deal with Tuff Gong

Yard A Love Records, the management company for reggae artiste Teflon, has inked a distribution deal with Tuff Gong International which will see the Marley label being responsible for the all the artiste's downloadable, mobile and video content.

In a statement, Tuff Gong International's executive label manager Myshjua Allen said the company is looking forward to working with Teflon. "Tuff Gong is looking forward to working with Teflon and the Yard A Love family. Teflon's mission is the beginning of what we believe can be a great and successful partnership for both companies," the statement read.

Similar sentiments were shared by Teflon's team. "Yard A Love Records welcome Tuff Gong's partnership with Teflon on his road to greatness."

After recently concluding a tour of US and Europe, Teflon is gearing up to release his album. Titled Young King The Beginning, the album comprises of 15 tracks and a bonus track.

In his songs, Teflon addresses several issues affecting today's society such as equal rights - including the rights of a woman - love and the daily struggles human beings face.

The album includes a collaboration with reggae legend Lee 'Scratch' Perry and several rhythms from producers such as Sly Dunbar, Worm, Dalton Browne, Robbie Lyn and Dean Fraser.

It is set for release on November 27; however, fans will be able to pre-order the album digitally on November 24. In the meantime, the artiste is promoting his new single, Not Today, and the accompanying music video.
