'Work Medz' rhythm creating waves in dancehall

There are several new releases of dancehall rhythms already for 2017, including the 'Work Medz'.

The rhythm will be officially released today.

The rhythm was composed by Anthony 'The Innovator' Grant, a current professional football player for the Richmond Kickers in the United Soccer League.

His label, ASG Records, alongside producer Demone Gustavus of Estate Recording Studio Music, have put together a compilation of hit songs on the rhythm.

The songs were mixed and mastered by Rolando Blake of RB Records and distributed by Zojak Worldwide Distribution.

The list of songs and artistes includes Blak Ryno's controversial One Inna Dem Head. Ryno saw his YouTube views increase to hundreds of thousands within days after the release, and currently creating shock waves in the dancehall scene.

The rhythm also features recent Grammy-nominated artiste Devin Di Dakta, who was THE STAR's Star of the Month for February, with his song Inna Earth. Billboard artiste Xyclone also performs Get Gyal Easy on the rhythm.

Another promising young artiste on the rhythm, making a name for himself in dancehall is Crden 'The Onsoundmynd'.

He delivers the song Hypnosis, which is geared towards the females. He has recorded several tracks before with ASG Records, including Nocturnal Creature and Hype Life.

Artik Cold Hearted, on the other hand, has a song titled Time Fly.
