The five-day Dream Weekend party series kicks off in Negril on August 2 with Twisted Spirits and wraps up on August 6 with Dream J'ouvert.

The 11th staging of the series will see dancehall acts Spice, Capleton, Ding Dong, Alkaline, Kemar Highcon, Munga, and Teejay thrill patrons at the various events.

Spice will headline Twisted Spiritz, while the ' fireman', Capleton, is set to ignite the crowd at Yush on August 3.

Alkaline will be the featured act at World Vibes, scheduled for August 4.

The following day, early risers will see Ding Dong and Kemar Highcon rock Mawnin After.

Celebrity Playground, also on August 5, will feature Munga while international act Safaree will host the event.

'Uptop Boss' Teejay is set to deliver alongside Hot Frass at Igloo.

"No two Dream events are ever the same. when we curate an event for our patrons, we guarantee that the following year will be even more fulfilling. This is our 11th year, and we can safely say 'Larger than Life' (the series' slogan) because that is the atmosphere in which we will be partying this weekend," said Carlos Phillpotts, director of marketing and public relations, Dream Entertainment. "We have one of the largest artiste line-ups in the history of Dream Weekend, and they are spread across the events so everyone can have that experience. Dream 2019 is set to be the best yet," he said.

Twisted Spiritz and Celebrity Playground are slated for Wavz Beach; Wonderland will host Daydreams, World Vibes, and Igloo; and Dream J' ouvert and Yush will take place at Cayanne Beach.

Wet and Wild will entertain patrons from its native Kool Runnings water park venue, while Mawnin After will stir patrons from Island Lux.
