17-y-o shot dead in St Ann

The St Ann police have launched an investigation into the shooting death of 17-year-old DeShawn Gordon, more commonly known as 'Shawn D'. 

It is reported Gordon was killed in his home community of Seville Heights while on his way to a shop on Tuesday night. 

The teen's body was found lying on the ground with blood coming from the head shortly after residents reported hearing explosions. 

He was assisted to the St Ann's Bay Hospital where he succumbed to injuries received. No motives have been established for his murder.
