God Of Love a safe banker on Sunday

GOD OF LOVE has gracefully been lowered among $1 million claimers for Sunday's Reggae 6 opener, making the ageing but dangerous speedster a welcomed banker to get the day rolling on a winning note.

Though long in the tooth at age eight, GOD OF LOVE showed enough spunk off a two-month break in June, disputing the lead with JAGUAR and CHOCOMO in an overnight allowance at five and a half furlongs.

Had she not been drawn at post-position one, the outcome would have been different, making her a tough act against recently claimed OASIS JAK in the fifth.

Take no chances with the sixth, four-year-olds who are yet to win two races. Though SISTER D finished alongside PASSWORD on last at five furlongs straight, which should make her a winner, one swallow doesn't a summer make among inconsistent runners, more so at five furlongs straight.
