Seeking my long lost brother

Dear Pastor,

I would like to seek some assistance in locating my long lost brother. Unfortunately, my brother doesn't know his father's name nor that he has a brother.

Here is some specific information on him. His grandmother was referred to as Ms Coley. They lived in the Hellshire Heights community. My brother is about 35. Our father, Desmond, is about 68 or 69, while I am 38. Our father is still alive and he only discovered that he had a son in 2021. This all started approximately sometime in September 1988. According to our father, he was working as a tradesman doing tiling work and construction in the Hellshire Heights area. The owner of the house he was working on was called Mr Charlie. The house was near another house of a lady called Ms Coley. According to our father, Ms Coley had a daughter and this daughter was the mother of my brother.

I have more information. My father went back to the area but the locals said they don't know where they moved to. We don't know the last name of my brother and we don't know if Ms Coley and her daughter had the same last name. According to our father, Ms Coley worked at the Ministry of Finance back then.
