Caught an STI from a one-night stand
Dear Pastor,
I am having a problem. I am living with my girlfriend, but recently she went abroad and I got involved with a girl who was introduced to me by one of my co-workers.
I decided that I would take a chance with this girl. We went out to eat and she assured me that she had not had sex for a long time. On our way home, she asked me if I did not need anything, because she was willing to give it to me. I did not have any protection because it was not in my mind for us to have sex. Anyhow, while on our way she told me that she was in need of some loving. So we went to my place and we had sex without the condom and then I took her home.
A few weeks later, I started to feel pain and some signs that something was wrong. I called the young lady and I told her what I was seeing and experiencing. She said nothing was wrong with her. I told her that she should go to the doctor; she said I was the one who should go to the doctor because nothing is wrong with her. When I tried to urinate, I felt pain. The doctor told me that I caught gonorrhoea. This girl has a pretty face, but that is all she has. The friend who introduced her to me said he has never made love to her, but he knows about her. She was the only girl I was involved with when my girlfriend was away, and I am glad that I went to the doctor and got my penicillin before my girlfriend returned to Jamaica.
Cheating is really not good. I didn't mean to cheat, but this girl led me to do it and I got myself into trouble. All she had was a pretty face, but nothing more.

Dear B.A.,
I hope that you will go back to your doctor for another check-up before you resume having sexual intercourse with your woman who went abroad.
I wonder what was the purpose for this woman to fool you. I hope I am not making any mistakes, but according to doctors, many women who are infected with gonorrhoea do not show any symptoms. So perhaps at the time when this woman had sex with you, she wasn't showing any symptoms; I don't know. But please, go back to your doctor for another check-up.
