Ripplez sends shockwaves through Hellshire

The energy levels went haywire when Fantasy Playground was transformed into a party fest for Ripplez: The Ultimate Bikini Pool Rave party recently.

The event was held in George's Cliff, a section of the Hellshire Hills in Portmore.

"We are overwhelmed with the level of support, and we thank our patrons for giving the Ripplez Jamaica team a wonderful, high-energy party," said Soljie, one of the promoters of Ripplez.

He also told patrons to look out for the event's first-anniversary soirÈe on Ash Wednesday in 2017.

When THE STAR spoke to some of the patrons, they said they loved the vibes, the music, the food and the ambiance, and would definitely be going to the next staging of Ripplez.

But that kind of response was expected, as even the women who came into the venue quite reserved had to 'bruk out', especially when the selectors, including DJ Calico and MixPlosion, moved into overdrive, playing several songs that struck the right note for the females.

"This is the gyal dem party," one disc jock said.
