The 35th anniversary staging of the well-loved free concert Ghetto Splash lit up Waterhouse Mini-Stadium from Tuesday night into Wednesday morning. While many of the big-name acts advertised on the poster were no-shows, the up-and-coming got a chance to make a splash, sharing the stage with veterans like Macka Diamond, Duane Stephenson, George Nooks and Razor B.
