J'can man kills twins in mother's arms in US

A twisted man, said to be born in Jamaica but now living in Jacksonville, Florida, allegedly shot four persons, three fatally, before turning the gun on himself on Tuesday.

Twenty-eight-year-old Gawain Wilson is said to have shot and killed his five-month-old twins and their 49-year-old granddad, before taking his own life.

The children's mother, Megan Hiatt, 22, was shot and injured in the incident, but has been recovering in hospital, police said.

According to the Daily Mail, the incident unfolded after an extended period of domestic disputes between Wilson and his babymother. The incident came during Hiatt's attempt to move out of their shared dwelling. It is said that the twins were in their mother's arms when they were brutally shot and killed.
