With eight costumes unveiled - namely The Lost City, Jewel of the Sea, Swallowtail, Jonkonnu, Hibiscus, Blue Majesty, Lignum Vitae, and Rehgeh - Yard Mas Carnival paid homage to Jamaica on Sunday at its launch event, held inside the Palace Cineplex at Sovereign Centre, St Andrew.

Dubbed 'Land We Love', each design celebrated the history, culture, and legacy of the island, from the flora and beaches to reggae music and the national flower. The event's sponsor, Campari, had patrons sipping on drinks non-stop throughout the duration of the event as guests enjoyed the first look at this year's costumes.
