Woman charged with selling sex to 13-year-old boy

A 48-year-old woman, who allegedly had sex with a 13-year-old boy for money, was granted bail yesterday when she appeared in the Kingston and St Andrew parish court.

Dahlia Boutin was charged with having sexual intercourse with a person under 16.

Allegations are that Boutin, who is considered a family friend of the teenager, was in need of some money and offered to sell her body for $1500 to the boy.

She was granted bail in the sum $200,000.

As a part of her bail condition, she is ordered to live with her older sister in a separate community from where the incident reportedly took place.

She is to return to court on October 26.
