Update | Police seeking to identify body that washed up at beach in Portmore

The police are now seeking to ascertain the identity of a man whose body washed up on  Port Henderson Beach in Portmore, St Catherine.

The body was reportedly discovered by a fisherman about 11 a.m. and he alerted the police.

A team responded and the body was removed to the morgue.

A post-mortem is to be conducted.
