Man fatally shot by police in St Andrew

A man whose name is Jevaughn Heat was fatally shot by police in his home in Park Lane in St Andrew this morning.

The incident occurred about 8:40.

Residents say that he was killed in cold blood.

Heavy police presence now at the scene.

The detectives from Independent Commission of Investigations are also at the scene.

Up to March 13, 64 police fatal shooting recorded by INDECOM.
