#CHAMPS2024 | JC’s Nooks strikes Class Two boys’ 1,500 gold

Pre-race favourite Cavel Nooks of Jamaica College kept his composure to strike gold in the final of the Class Three boys' 1,500 metres at the ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys and Girls' Athletics Championships at the National Stadium today.
Nooks stopped the clock at 4:20.79 minutes to finish ahead of St. Jago High's Phillip Palmer, who took silver in 4:21.42. Nooks' teammate Bevin Davey was third in 4:22.78.
