Love to make love with my ‘dirty’ man

Dear Pastor,

I am 25 years old and I live with a man. We are not married. On his job he sweats a lot, and I like the smell of his body when he comes home.

Sometimes I greet him at the door and kiss him, and he says, "Let me go and shower". But I tell him all the time that he doesn't have to shower. I would change the sheet. I like the smell and the sweat of his body.

Some people may say that I am crazy, but I am not crazy. I like my man to do what I want him to do. After we make love, I go into the bathroom with my husband and scrub him down, but I love his stuff before he showers. I know I am not nasty. I might be different from other women. My man does not fight me any more; he allows me to do what I want. Sometimes after making love, both of us fall asleep, and later at night, we shower and either eat or have more sex. My man is 35 years old.

I am really writing to find out if you feel that something is wrong with my approach. Even if you were to tell me that something is wrong, I am not prepared to change. As I said, I like to feel and smell his body before he takes his shower.

Some women have told me that they like their men to have their shower before coming into the bed.

Some women love to be well prepared for their men by taking a shower, and they use lotion. You do not do that, you want your man as he comes into the house just as he is. You are different. Your man is not prepared to fight you any more. I am not here to condemn you, but I suppose I can make a suggestion. Could you not try in the future to have your man shower before making love to him? Please, I am not telling you what to do, but I believe it would make a great difference if you would try. All the best.
