I want to find a man via the newspaper

Dear Pastor,

Do you believe that it is wise for a girl to advertise herself in the newspaper or on social media?

I am 18 years old and I would like to meet someone. I have a friend who placed her particulars in the newspaper, seeking a boyfriend, and many guys contacted her. Do you think that it is a wise thing to do?

Dear Janet,

I do not encourage young girls to advertise themselves. The good Lord will provide you a man in his own time. So I would say to you, wait on the Lord. A good man will come your way.
