My baby won't sleep at nights

Dear Pastor

I am 20 years old. I live with my babyfather in Portmore. We are happy together, but we are having a big problem. My seven-month-old baby is not sleeping.

If I don't use olive oil on her, she doesn't sleep. She is very miserable at nights. She wants to sleep but can't sleep. Whenever she goes to anyone else's house, she sleeps.

Do you think I should take her to a pastor to have him pray for her?

Dear T.N.,

Are you trying to say that your house is haunted and some evil spirit is bothering your child? That is exactly what I believe you are saying.

I feel so very sorry for people who believe that they have to do things outside the ordinary to help their children.

Perhaps you should take your child to the doctor for a check-up. And you should make sure that your house is properly ventilated and comfortable, and make sure that your child is comfortable.

Put this child in the hand of God. Ask the Good Lord to cover her.

The Bible says that little children have guardian angels. Take her to church and have the minister bless her.

Jesus took children in his arms and blessed them, and when Jesus was a baby he was taken to the temple and was blessed. Nothing is going to go wrong with your child if you put her in God's hand.
